Vietnam VFI: A "Freshness-Locking" Solution That Brings Tropical Bananas to the World

Project Overview: Introduced 3 units of 300kg-class vacuum fryers, specializing in the European and American premium snack market.

Challenge: The "freshness" problem that spans half the globe

Vietnamese bananas have high sugar content and rich flavor, but this is also the "Achilles' heel" of their export.

Color and flavor: Traditional high-temperature frying causes bananas to brown and blacken rapidly, losing all their fruity aroma and leaving only a burnt, bitter taste.

Shelf life: A high residual oil content is a nightmare for long-distance sea freight; the oil is highly prone to oxidative rancidity, causing the peroxide value to exceed standards and failing the stringent commercial inspections of Europe and America.

Capacity bottleneck: The fresh fruit harvest season is concentrated, small equipment can't "digest" it, and a large amount of raw material can only be watched as it spoils.

Our solution: Not just a machine, but a passport to export

We didn't simply sell equipment; we provided a complete "freshness-locking" process.

Low-temperature aroma lock: By stably controlling the vacuum degree at the extreme level of -0.098MPa, we complete the dehydration process at a gentle low temperature. The banana's sugar no longer caramelizes, the finished product presents an attractive golden yellow, and the original fruity aroma is fully preserved.

Ultimate low oil: The equipped variable-frequency centrifugal de-oiling system can strip off the surface oil the moment the product is discharged. The extremely low residual oil content fundamentally solves the oxidation problem during sea transport, ensuring the product remains crispy after arrival at port.

Born for the tropics: Targeting the high-sugar, high-acid production environment, the entire machine uses thickened SUS304 stainless steel and enhanced anti-corrosion treatment, ensuring the equipment remains durable even in the hot and humid conditions of Vietnam.
