A "Time Capsule" on the Plateau
Project Overview: Introducing a 240㎡ large vacuum freeze-dryer, going deep into the deep processing of coffee and tropical fruits and vegetables.
Challenge: Preserving flavor on the "Roof of the World"
Baoshan, Yunnan, with its high altitude and low air pressure, is a paradise for premium coffee and fruit, yet it is a "testing ground" for freeze-drying equipment.
Environmental adaptation: In plateau environments, ordinary freeze-dryers suffer from low vacuum system efficiency, high energy consumption, and extremely unstable operation.
Multi-category switching: The customer needs to frequently switch production between delicate coffee concentrate (highly heat-sensitive) and juicy fruit chunks, which places enormous demands on the equipment's temperature control precision and flexibility.
Our Solution: A "Multi-Tasker" Customized for the Plateau
Plateau-specific power: We optimized the vacuum system for high-altitude environments, ensuring efficient and stable moisture sublimation even under low-pressure conditions.
Flexible production: A 240㎡ ultra-large freeze-drying area combined with zoned temperature control technology allows a single machine to gently lock in the active flavor of coffee while also efficiently processing large fruit pieces, switching processes with one click, greatly improving equipment utilization.
Customer Value:
It maximizes the use of Yunnan's local specialty resources; with excellent rehydration properties and flavor, the products have successfully entered the high-end freeze-dried snack and foreign trade export markets.
