As a drafting unit of the domestic industry standard for VF vacuum low-temperature fryers and a national-level technology-based SME, the company officially entered the FD vacuum freeze-drying equipment R&D track in 2018, abandoning the route of homogeneous low-end imitation. It has deeply partnered with the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology to jointly establish the Low-Temperature Dehydration Equipment Technology Research Institute, and has established long-term technical cooperation with Qilu University of Technology, Qingdao Agricultural University, Shanxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences and many other universities and agricultural research institutes. Customized freeze-drying process curves are developed according to the cell structure and physicochemical properties of different materials, and multiple rounds of iterative upgrades have been completed on equipment structure, refrigeration systems and vacuum control systems, resulting in a full range of LXFD freeze-drying product series covering laboratory small-scale models, medium commercial models and large industrial production models, which can meet customers' customized capacity requirements.
At present, the domestic freeze-dried food market continues to expand, policies continue to support the deep processing of agricultural products, and the market demand for high-quality freeze-drying processing equipment continues to grow.
